I did my undergraduate work at Macalester College in St. Paul MN where I received a BA in Biology. I then attended Northwestern Health Sciences University Where I graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

Post Graduate Training

I am currently a member of the International Chiropractic Association (ICA) Council on Wellness Sciences. I have completed over 100 hours of continuing education in the field of wellness, gaining an expertise in wellness nutrition, fitness and overall lifestyle coaching.
